The Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship strives to teach students the craft of entrepreneurship. Over the last few years, no technology has changed that craft more than artificial intelligence. While many are predicting a rapid and complete transformation in how startups are built, the Trust Center’s leaders have a more nuanced view.“The fundamentals of entrepreneurship haven’t changed with AI,” says Trust Center Entrepreneur in Residence Macauley Kenney. “There’s been a shift in how entrepreneurs accomplish tasks, and that trickles down into how you build a company, but we’re thinking of AI as another new tool in the toolkit.   8 Seconds… That’s All You’ve Got Apparently, our attention span has been whittled down to just eight seconds. Eight. Seconds. This will be a quick tip, but it’s here to correct my previous statements in the comments section of different articles on this blog. When using Advanced Consent Mode, Google Analytics 4 collects hits when consent is in “denied” state. These hits have a lot of parameters stripped off them, including identifiers like the Client ID and the Session ID. The hits will not surface in reports directly, but they will instead go through a modeling process to enrich the reports once modeled. In this article, I’ll explain why it’s not necessary to resend these hits once consent is granted…

It’s one of those days—endless tickets, frustrated customers, and back-to-back calls with barely a moment to catch your breath. As your screen fills with unresolved issues, the pressure mounts, your energy drains, and stress sneaks in before you even notice. You tell yourself, “Just push through… it’ll get better soon,” but deep down, you know this isn’t the first time. Maybe it’s every day, or at least too often. You want to help, solve problems, and do your best—but sometimes the workload feels never-ending and expectations never stop coming.
