Laura Viita, M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed CFO and member of the Management Team of Digital Workforce Services Plc, effective 1 September 2025. She joins the company from WithSecure Plc, where she has served as Vice President, Controlling, Investor Relations, and Sustainability. Viita has over 20 years of diverse experience in demanding financial management roles at Nokia Group, HMD Global Oy, and Posti Group, among others.

According to the company’s announcement on March 26, 2025, the former CFO, Heini Kautonen, will step down from her position at the end of May 2025. The company will utilize outsourced CFO services to support internal resources before Laura Viita begins in the CFO role on September 1, 2025.
